Questions we get asked
What is AI automation?
AI automation uses software, often including language models, to handle work that people repeat: sorting messages, extracting data from documents, drafting replies and answering questions from internal information. We combine AI with ordinary code and add checks, so the results are reliable enough to use.
Can AI run on our own servers instead of in the cloud?
Yes. Open models can run on your own hardware, which keeps sensitive data on your network. Smaller local models are less capable than the largest hosted ones, so we test on your real tasks before recommending either approach. The assistant in our product VORLAN runs this way.
How long does an MVP take?
It depends on scope, so we do not quote a number before we understand what you need. After an initial conversation we send a written scope, cost and timeline.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. Most projects connect to something that already exists, such as a database, a CRM or an online store. We review what you have first and build around it.
